- Processing payments, including a card kept on file that is only charged under the published cancellation and no-show policy.

Handling of health information
Health information is handled confidentially and protected with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to a clinical setting. E-signed intake and consent forms are retained securely for the periods required by applicable law and professional standards.
